I am a budding freelance writer. After a successful corporate career in India, I decided to concentrate on my passion, Writing. Writing for Suite101 has given me a direction and I am enjoying every moment of it.
Traveling is yet another passion of mine, so, I concentrate on Travel Writing. I sincerely believe in the words of American Historian, Miriam Beard—'Travel is more than the seeing of sights; it is a change that goes on, deep and permanent, in the ideas of living'.
I've always loved reading and that's the very reason why I started writing. History, especially Indian and South Asian, is another topic I write about; thanks to the historical novels I've read.
I am an eco-conscious individual—my lifestyle and travels reflect the same. I support organizations like WWF and GreenPeace and have learnt a lot through them. This has lead me to write about Eco/Green Living and Responsible Tours.
I currently live in Copenhagen with my better half.
